2. Scope of Services

ShapePixelStudio provides UI/UX design services, including but not limited to: design systems, landing page design, wireframing and prototyping, responsive web redesign, mobile app UI design, accessibility audits, micro-interaction design, dashboard UI design, and design consultations. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service are defined in the corresponding service agreement or proposal.

3. Service Agreements

Each engagement begins with a written proposal or statement of work (SOW) that defines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No work will commence until the SOW is accepted by both parties. Changes to scope must be documented in writing and may affect pricing and timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final deliverables.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. ShapePixelStudio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during the project remain the property of ShapePixelStudio.

6. Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at €75 per hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShapePixelStudio's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Work-in-progress deliverables will be provided in their current state upon receipt of outstanding payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bacău, Romania.

1. General Refund Terms

ShapePixelStudio is committed to delivering high-quality UI/UX design services. Due to the nature of digital design work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones completed and deliverables produced.

2. Pre-Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any administrative processing fees (up to 5% of the deposit amount). Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

3. Mid-Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has begun:

• No refund is available for work already completed and delivered.
• A partial refund may be issued for prepaid amounts covering work not yet commenced, calculated proportionally based on the project milestone schedule.
• All completed work-in-progress deliverables will be provided to you upon cancellation.

4. Post-Delivery Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with delivered work:

• Revision requests within the agreed revision rounds are included in the service price at no extra charge.
• If revisions are exhausted and you remain dissatisfied, a partial refund may be negotiated based on the extent of work completed and the nature of the dissatisfaction.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of final deliverable receipt.

5. Consultation Services

Design consultation sessions (including video calls and review documents) are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a free rescheduling.

6. Refund Process

• We will review your request within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
